MAX
Delivery of notifications through a MAX bot to a selected chat or user.
Open Integrations → Add integration → MAX. For an already installed connection, use Configure.
Preparation
- Create a chatbot on the MAX platform and copy the token from the bot settings.
- Add the bot to the required chat or channel and get the identifier through the Bot API methods.
- Select the recipient type chat or user and fill in its identifier.
- Check that a test message is sent.

Saving and changing
Fill in the parameters and click “Save”. When the form is reopened, secrets are not shown: the secret presence indicator is not its value. An empty field for an existing secret keeps the previous value; a new value replaces it. After making changes, check the connection again.

Verifying the result
- Select the recipient type chat or user.
- Specify the corresponding ID from the MAX Bot API; a chat name or link does not replace the ID.
- Check the connection and, separately, that the selected recipient receives an allowed test notification.
The “Configured” status means the settings are saved. Evaluate the result of the connection check and the result of the target operation separately. Details of the check are available on the connection card.
Limitations and dependencies
The recipient type and ID form a pair. A user ID cannot be treated as a chat ID. The ability to send depends on the MAX Bot API rules and the bot’s access to the recipient.
